The SI-400NE is a 1/2" Sony Super-HAD CCD ultra miniature, high-resolution color camera with variable AGC and gamma, S-video output, digital backlight compensation, RS-232C remote control and much more. The SI-500NE is the 1/3" version with all the same features. Both cameras feature an easy-to-use onscreen display menu and advanced features such as low light sensitivity to 0.3 lux at F1.2 (50 IRE).
